Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you via email once your refund is processed.
